SHIPPING
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
 

At Brat Pak Kloset customer satisfaction is always our top priority. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. 

 

7 Day Returns Warranty

Customers can contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, wrong size or wrong product, please contact us immediately at Customer Care.

NOTE:

All valid returns are refunded in the form of a store credit. Final Sale/Klearance items cannot be returned for store credit.

 

Additional notes on Warranty

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. All shipping fees to return the item an the original shipping fees, are non refundable. 

We do not accept returns on swimwear and/or discounted items, unless a customer received  a wrong item do to our error. 

How long will it take to ship my order?
 

All orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 2-4 business days. Deliveries take 7-10 business days. 

 

When will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has been fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us. 

 

Possible delays

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with estimated delivery dates from our couriers. During peak seasons (Holidays, Covid-19) these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
